Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N Review

I just bought this Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N today. I have washed the grill pans and am ready to use it tomorrow. I have great expectations on this product. Looks great to me. Will let you know if there is the slightest thing I do not like about it.

The floating hinge makes it easy to adjust this grill for contact or open cooking. Use the flat grill plates as a breakfast griddle or ridged side for grilling or a combination half griddle/half grill. Reverse to the ridged sides for contact or open grilling.
